 Wild Yam/Progesterone Cream
Has anyone tried the Wild Yam cream for hot flashes and other Peri-menopausal symptoms? If so, did it help? Were there any side effects? I have started the Estroven but that takes some time to kick in if it is going to. I refuse to take HRT. Thanks!
