I haven't noticed my dogs to be any gassier with cottage cheese either. We give ours non-fat cottage cheese and also Stonyfield organic nonfat plain yogurt is good for them because of the live, active cultures. My furbabies love yogurt
And if you want, you can add some fruit to it
