Any suggestions on getting him used to be in his stroller so I can pump it out when he gets tired of walking?

I'm scared if I leave the top undone, he'll jump out while I'm walking, and plus I don't want the stroller to be a waste of money.

Is your dog over weight? even if he is slightly over weight youll get tired before he does. I dont see a point to the stroller unless he just sits there. To help anyway maybe having the stroller near his bed and popping a few treats and toys in there will help him get comfy
