It is the same with us...my hubby was not "sold" on getting Emmy, but once she was home...that was it! She turned into his baby. I got little Oscar, hoping he would be "mine", but hubby has already stolen him, too! They love me and follow me around, but as soon as he drives up from work in the afternoons, I am forgotten!
BTW...when they are just with me, I make them walk on their own little legs--he carries them everywhere, even in the house! He also takes them for rides in the pasture every night!
