4 mths is still young, but it sounds like she did pretty good the first time. I only do core vaccines. I don't get bordatella unless I'm going to board, no corona etcetera. I do rabies, distemper/parvo only.

I know it's hard not to worry, but she should be okay - at least according to past results. It's always good that you stay w/ her the rest of the day following her shots - you can check for any face swelling, check gums for good/bad color.
