Thank for your concern! X-ray was done and vet says three for sure and possibly 4. She thought she saw a fourth one hiding.
She told me to feed her 6 small meals per day because one of the pups was pressing on her uterus and that might be the reason she is vomiting so much. She also gave her some vitamins and canned food with 95% rabbit which she totally loves. She's still not eating all 6 meals but she is doing better. She hasn't been vomiting as much.
