They had a freaking grooming facility 5 steps away from the Kennel. They were all barking and crying and I felt so helpless. How do I go about getting this business reported? Better yet SHUT DOWN. |
i would go back with a camera and take pictures and then send a nice long detailed letter explaining what you saw with the pictures to show proof to the humane society as well as Pet World headquarters...in fairness to them that store maybe doing something none of the other stores are !!!
