Now, you do sell charms, don't you? Or am I mistaken? Say a person recently bought a charm from you and a stone was missing or the link broke. And then they come on here and said your product quality is  ? Would you have hoped they contacted you first before coming on here and posting a bad review? I know I would have!

I did sell pet charms on one occasion, and honestly I wont mind if the person came here and complained about my product as this is what this section is made for .
