I bought Gracie when she was two months old, so none of these problems were current or known of when I bought her. Now that she has them, do I have the right to ask the breeder for her vet information to investigate? I have called three times and still have not recieved a call back!!! I know she has puppies for sale right now, and would hate for anyone to go through what I have been through. Any advice??
