I agree /w you... again... my Dad used to breed German Shepards (which are bigger then Pittbulls) and let me tell ya, their penies could easily hurt a 2 yr old child... but I still don't get the "tie" part described by the parents where the child was dragged by the dog... Just makes no sense to me...

Isn't what causes a tie in dogs, though, something about the penis that gets extremely swollen at one place--it swells up to the point that it cannot be easily withdrawn? I think then, any tight orifice would be able to be put into the situation of a tie...

It is just horrible to consider...
