Yes, my neighbor told me that he gets paid tomorrow and will give me "some money" - don't know how much he means, but it's at least a nice gesture.
My neighbor is a nice guy, he just is clueless when it comes to training a dog. He also doesn't seem to have any interest in teaching his dog any discipline, whatsoever. He loves the dog and I have no doubt he means well, but the poor dog NEEDS discipline, if only for his own safety!
His razor sharp claws ripped a hole into my skirt, it's not repairable. I'm heartbroken over it b/c I was very proud of that new skirt.
And I hate taking money from him, but I'm going to b/c as you all suggested, it's only right. Thanks for your condolences, they really help me feel better about all of this.
You've seen Sully's tricks...I'm very passionate about dog training. In fact, I'd LOVE to learn to be a dog trainer one day, and I'm extremely interested in teaching/training agility, etc....so it just hits home even worse to see someone who won't even teach their dog to sit. |
