well, there is a lot more many people here would need to know about your boy in order to see if he is breedable.
his pedigree for one thing....
his health, has he been tested
his bite
his topline
his ears
what were his parents and grandparents temperament, coloring, coat, health?
this all goes for the dam as well.

you have to understand that thousands of people, just like yourself, have come on this board for this exact question.
most people don't have the slightest idea about whelphing and all that is involved. we have seen many people loose their mommies and babies due to inexperience or just plane bad luck.

at least you are coming here before doing anything.
since you don't know if he is breedable, which tells us you are inexperienced at this , i would just sit back and learn everything you can. get a mentor to help you along the way.

there are WAY TOO MANY people out there breeding yorkies just to breed them and the quality of the yorkshire terrier has really diminished.

please make sure of what you are doing and that you are doing this for the right reasons.

good luck in what you decide to do.
