NO! But I was lucky anyhow. Beginners luck I would call it.
Buddy was born in Budepest, Hungary and a brooker from the US
brought him here. I got him in a Pet Store in upstate NY. I knew
nothing about puppymills at the time. However, I have to say
he did come from a breeder, not puppymill and was raised in a home
environment.
I contacted the breeder and the EKCH and got info on
both. He has papers with his bloodline going back to his great grandparents on both sides. He is as healthy as a horse, thank heavens.
