I still say the story stinks to high hell. I pray that the parents are seriously looked at before this is all over.

I have potty trained 3 kids and I have to tell you I never let them run around undie less....especially a boy. At least when a girl pees it goes downward but a boy well it tends to fly at times so I know I personally wouldn't let my son be without a diaper.

I totally agree that a one or two year old can throw out stuff or get stuff but if he had pooped in his diaper why would he be without a diaper...don't you need wipes to wipe that little bottom. I wouldn't take off the diaper, let him run around to dispose of the diaper or get a new one when I haven't properly cleaned that bum.
