I use a container of yogurt (any flavor but you will want to match with your fruit), fruit and ice cubes (a lot of ice cubes). Mix all in blender.

I use strawberry yogurt with strawberries.

Pina Colada yogurt (at Walmart) with pineapples.

Mixed berry yogurt with blueberries or rasberries.
