I do the same as most of you. When one of my girls are delivering, I'll help a stuck puppy out, cut the cord, dry off a new pup with a wrung out damp warm towel, gently suck on the nose of a lifeless little pup to get the fluid moving, or blow into the mouth, or work one over, whatever i need to do to hear that first little squeak!
As far as breeding, my boys know what it means when i get ready to put 1,2 or 3 =) towels on the floor....they know one of the girls are coming in to visit. They get all beside themselves until she shows.
They are all so sweet and eager to please. |
