I wanted to make a fruit smoothie/freeze for my Bio class. I have a presentation due next thursday on Native Food Plants so I thought I would involve the class by making and handing out fruit smoothies/freezes made with a native fruit plant from the Rio Grande Valley... but do i just add ice and fruit in a blender and blend? Does anyone have a good easy recipe for this? Thanks!
