here's some news from my vet. i took pebbles into the vet last week to have her legs ck'd. she is 2 1/2 lbs right now. i asked about flea medicine for her since she was so little.
i always use k9 advandtix on all my dogs and never had fleas.
my vet always gives a free tube of frontline
he told me that they are going to STOP using frontline b/c of too many complaints about fleas.
he stated frontline kills the eggs but not the flea. this keeps them from reproducing. so you still have fleas. the smallest tube goes up to 22lbs.
k9 advantix kills the fleas and the eggs. smallest tube goes up to 10lbs.
he said he would always use k9 advantix on smaller dogs.
each vet has their own opinion but this office is getting rid of frontline all together
