I cook a chicken breast and then "reduce" the liquid so that it is concentrated. Then I put the breast and liquid in blender and liquidity it. I freeze the "chicken juice" in ice cube trays and store them in zip lock bags.

It only takes about 30 seconds to 1 minute to thaw and my kids go wild!
