I personally cannot attest to Kimmie's products but I have read nothing but great reviews about her work so this could very well be a fluke. As a Seller on this forum, I know that we cannot be perfect in all that goes out to the customer. And most certainly we cannot please everyone. However, I cannot help but comment because this could happen to me as well.

As a buyer, I think the appropriate thing to do is contact the seller and try to address your concerns privately. If you have exercised all efforts to get it straightened out and the buyer continues to be uncooperative, then I can understand if you post your negative feedbacks publicly so that people will be warned off. But to bash her products publicly without actually letting her know about the problem is downright inappropriate . . . and your intentions are NOT to make things right. . . unless you have a personal problem unrelated to her work and are just trying to be HATEFUL.
