Goodnews for ya...They are coming out with this now. Not sure if they have started it yet but all criminals esp sex offenders are going to be GPS microchipped. Get this...they are using a sniper rifle to inject it into them. Lol. Ouch! but hey they did the bad crime so its only payback.
Now if they will only make some to start puttin in dogs (without a sniper rifle of course)!!!
