Once the technology is available to put a GPS in a micro chip the first thing I hope they do with it is to implant it into registered sex offenders and dangerous criminals in case they get released or escapes prison! Just imagine how many lives it can save!
If they find they are safe after testing them on fellons then I will have them implanted in my fur kids.
