I use baby doll clothes hangers for my dog's stuff and they work great. Here's a link to some on eBay.

I use a bathroom towel rack to hang all their stuff on and it is also cool because it has storage to store their treats and stuff like that. Here's a pic of Tuffy's closet before he had to start sharing w/ Pixie.
