bring treats out with you when you go... if you live near a road, try and go somewhere quite, i'd imagine outside is very scary for a teeny little pup! when she pees or poops... TONS OF TREATS AND PRAISE!!! like it is going out of style!!! she will associate outside with GREAT things that she will want to be out there more.. if you can get her to walk.. praise praise praise and treats here and there to keep her walking
