I'm hands on in every aspect from mating to delivery.
Mating time
I set in the floor with mine and hold until tie is broken.
My boys are funny when they see me get the blanket out they know what going on..
Whelping time
I've pulled stuck pups, revived lifeless pups, I remove the sacs, cut cords, aspirate, dry puppies off, work getting them to latch on....etc
I try not to let the mom eat the placentas but every now and then she is quicker then I am...
