I sure hope Picie is okay and was just freaked out!!! She oes look very cute in the hat!!!
What I do with my girls in the stroller (if you can understand what I'm trying to describe) - the stroller has a strap to clip onto a harness inside. Well, it is long and skinny much like ones that are found in carriers. On the opposite wall near the floor of the stroller is a little loop. I connect the clip to the loop then use the techers from the Snoozer carseat around the strap that I created - just like it looks into the seat belt. Then, I can control how much stretch room they have and it works much better for us.
