This one is GREAT! Its very active... And very big on the rules too... but the rules make it such a nice place to live! But I know what you mean... a friend of mind has an HOA that makes it like she's living in hell! She HATES it! She wants to sell and get out!
I'm one street over from the golf course... Thank heavens... Pixie would NEVER shut up if I had golfers strolling by the window all day long! lol And the block wall is nice. I don't have to worry about them in the yard.
Oh! and I just got a menu at my door from the club house yeaterday.. I can order takeout from the resturant there! The menu looks great too! I'm afraid to start though... I love taking the easy way out when I'm busy! LOL
