I don't want to piss anyone off here, but I don't think the blame is on the dog...

We have had pits all our lives and I have seen them mate and tie...although a 2 year old is small if there is damage as they say I would definitely venture to say that it can't be the dog. I think it's a much larger object that penetrated that child and they are blaming the dog to cover their a$$es.
