If you ask me, the child should be taken from his family. Obviously his parents arent attentive enough to have a child, let alone OWN A DOG!
I, like most of you, feel that there is an under lying situation here. I wouldnt doubt it if you hear about someone undressing the boy, and coaxing the dog in some way. |
