It is such a sad thing. The poor child, but the poor dog too. He's just an animal and he wasn't being vicious. I hate to say this, but I think having any type of pit bull with children is not a very good idea. And I have nothing against them; I've known some really lovely pits.
I feel so bad, the poor dog has no idea what he's done wrong
and if it was indeed, a family member doing it and blaming it on the dog, then he should be locked in a crate down at the pound too. It does sound pretty weird.
