I doubt that there is any law persay (doubt you can have 50 or so dogs without out some special classification for kenneling). I think for the poster that was questioning it earlier was because she was in the service and they use base housing and probably outside housing geared to our service personell. Apt buildings in general have their own allowable numbers.
