When I had Mojo neutered, I got a little preemie onsie and cut a hole out for his tail. I put it on backwords so the snaps were on top (so they wouldn't rub against his belly. He only wore it that one day and night and was fine the next day. He never messed with the area. What size is your little one? If you would like (if I still have it), I can send it to you.
