That's great you have someone like that. Before I started grooming the girls myself we had tried FIVE Groomers. When the last one I tried hurt Chanel (and I KNOW she did) - I stopped going.
Chanel is an angel at the groomers so there was no reason for that woman to be rough (Cheri's the one who freaks out over getting Groomed) ...but the day I stopped going was the day Chanel whimpered in the car after being groomed - She never had cried in the car for any reason and I knew right then and there they'd been too rough ...
I was SO Livid but had no proof - I did go back and the woman was just rude so I left it alone but tell everyone who asks to stay away from that Groomer
I wish I could find someone I trusted but here in houston it's really hard to do...there's so many places.
