Thats exactly why I do it myself too. No way am I going to trust someone after hearing horror stories. I'm not saying all groomers are horrible, don't get me wrong! I have a friend who's one

I'd just prefer my babies are under my supervision.

I felt horrible. i am sure this is more common than i care to know but it was very sad for me to see it. i'm glad i groom my dogs myself. they may not look the best...but they look fine. and i know how they are treated and what goes on.
