For now I think watch and wait is the best plan. And if AC comes around, how will they know which dogs are yours and which ones you are watching? Hey, how about get a license for a doggy day care? What is involved with that? We will get you through this. Where I live, there is an ordinance of 3 animals per household. No one abides by it. I have 5. They are all indoor and quiet as mice. Only 3 are licensed. In the eyes of the county, I am legal. I take four to the same vet. They have never said a thing. The other goes elsewhere. I think as long as I take care of them, who is to complain?
