Default problems

Hernias are easily corrected at spaying time...breeder should have reduced price to cover the extra charge..but the dry eye is another type problem IMO..it is hard for the dog to live with this condition. The eyes tend to be infected more then not..so a more costly surgery is needed. Breeder should foot the entire bill IMO since puppy was born with it...in fact it should have been detected at the health screening before the sale..as well as the hernia, so you had the choice to buy or not...best wishes
