I am sure if the question posted was: Did your breeder meet your expectations and complete the contract with you the buyer, a lot of the breeders would be surprised by the responses.
Secondly, I would ask the breeders, to ask them selves if they did all they could for the new buyer? Did they follow-up with their buyers? Do they know what those puppies weigh at 6 months, 9 months, a year???
So, did your breeder meet your expectations? Did he/she fulfull their contract with you? Did you do what you needed to do to complete your requirements? What would you have done differently?

at the time i bought Layla, her breeder was everything i wanted her to be. She sent pictures, kept me up-to-date, accomodated the price that i could pay, and helped with concerns after i brought her home. my mom and i travelled 9 hours to get Lay, and when we got there i was very happy to see only Layla's litter in the kitchen having a great time

(she had a brand new litter as well in her bedroom) However, after meeting breeders on here i am not sure she asked me enough questions about the type of place Layla would be living. Luckily for Layla she is now a princess

but that is only a minor thing and i will definintly buy from her again in the future!
