I've been struggling with this for a while.
We recently moved to a three story town home (garage is first story), and Bentley has been struggling to adapt. He chewed a hole through the corner of our new sofa/chaise ottoman.
And I thought we had him trained to use only the balcony to potty, but...over the past few weeks, he's been going wherever he pleases on our new carpet instead of in the kitchen where we FIRST had him confined when we moved in and it's KILLIN me.
So, I'm feeling as if I should leave him outside a little more. So he can go out there more. The balcony is pretty high up *second story*, and we dont live where we have to worry about big birds luckily.We added plastic meshing from LOWES that matches the color of the balcony *home owners association requirement*. So he's fine out there...
But....everyone feels bad that he's out there more...but...he PEES when he's in here and it's horrible. *sigh*
