I'm actually a little offended by people calling chinese food crap. Being that I am asian and I eat chinese food. Not that I condone eating cats & dogs. I would never dream of it either and that makes me sick & grossed out as well. I guess I'm offended by it because I've had to grow up with a lot of these horrible sterotypes. And it's rather annoying. I absolutely agree that eating of cats & dogs should be stopped. That is because we are so close to them and they are considered our family. I have a cousin that raises chickens and she swore herself off from eating chicken because of it. But I sometimes wonder what Indians think of us eating beef? Since the cow is considered holy to them. Perhaps they think we are sick & disgusting also. I think the fur trade is far more horrible & disgusting. But yes it disgusts me that dogs & cats are being used for food. |
