I'm sorry, I don't have a solution for you. The only things I think of are the kennels people have mention in previous post or walk your dog on a flexi-lead.
I don't think anyone make it for dogs your size. The ones available are too heavy around your yorkie's neck.
Also, since it is a rental property, I don't know if your landlord will like it if you dig up his/her yard to bury the wire for the invisible fence. |
