keep him occupied with chew toys! That always helped with Lexi. I would replace my toes with the toy! Usually say NO! first, then give her the toy. After a few good times...she got the hang of it. Get some really good tasty ones, or maybe rub a little peanut butter on one, and that should keep him occupied. I'm lucky that Nico does not bite at all. Just loves his toys.
