You can't get coccidia - but watch the area close. Bites are terribly prone to infections. I broke up a catfight (between cats, not women LOL) and had a teeny, tiny puncture on my left wrist - it ballooned up over a weekend, I finally went in on a Monday and was told I could've lost my hand if the infection had gotten into the bone. Ended up in hospital for 2 days getting IV antibiotics!
