It may be (Odd Rules) but nevertheless City rules 2 dogs in some subdivisions and the noise level is watched by neighbors and if they get it in for you the dog catcher is called. I want a better life for Them, The New puppy is out of a litter that I havent sold. Yes I was a Small breeder but no longer if that clears your Confusion.
