Nope...there are a lot of vets around here (College Station is the home of Texas A&M University and the only vet school in Texas). There are some vets that work with payments but some that don't. As far as I know, the vet I use doesn't normally take payments. They want payment in full at the time of services. I'm just saying, if they don't have an extra $1000 in their bank account to buy a yorkie, what are they going to do if they all of a sudden have a $1000 vet bill?
