Bring their fav. treats and toys, a blanket or a bed if possible. Maybe an old t-shirt that you wore so they have your scent? Good Luck, I am sure they will be fine for 2 reasons:
1) they are staying at your vets so they will be in familiar hands and have good care
2) they have each other to play with!
