sounds like low blood sugar - use nutrical or honey if you do not have and give pedialite in water and call emergency as dexter had when he was 5 months but he was not shaking - that is not good - I would do a bile acid test and blood panel as well to get a base line for your puppy and make sure no liver shunt as shaking makes me nervous like seizures or something
