Otis just doesn't really play that much. He runs the fence with the neighbor dog and sometimes will run and play with Oliver, but he doesn't play with toys. Does anyone else have dogs that aren't interested in toys or don't play that much? Any suggestions. I can try to get him fired up and he gets the waggy tail and start to play bite at me, but then Oliver tries to get involved and Otis will walk away. Ollie tries to play too rough with Otie so he just ignores him most of the time. I'll take any suggestions you have.
