I envy you. That's what I miss most about leaving NJ is the Jersey tomatoes.
Tomato sandwiches were always my favorite or eating them right out of the
fields at my uncle's farm. Ummmmmmmmmmmm they were the best and
still are when I can get them. Fried green tomates are my second favorite
memory of NJ. My grandmother made them heavenly.
Your menu sounds wonderful. You sound like a great cook.
