That was funny! We have been eating tomato sandwiches (our FAV) for several weeks now. When they making, we go into withdrawals! They are not worth buying in the grocery after having homegrown ones!
Fried green tomatoes?!?! We are having them tomorrow night! I have some ready, but I had already planned on doing spaghetti and homemade meatballs and eggplant parmesan tonight. Fresh eggplant just picked from the garden only 30 minutes ago! YUMMY! It is only hubby and me, so I will call my brother to stop by and get 1/2. Once I start cooking, I cook BIG!!!!
