Hi, I just did an update.
Someone else also asked about permanent damage. As of now, there is NO permanent damage. My vet is only giving two weeks for these medicines to work to prevent damage from occuring. If in two weeks this problem is still here, then a specialist must be seen. She is quite miserable right now, but I still have hope that these meds will work. The really bad ear is starting to look better, so thats a very good sign.
